Account arrangements for rental properties
To assist property owners to allocate water usage charges to the tenant, a limited option has been created to send the usage component of the Water Account to the property address. This ‘split’ option can be undertaken on request by completing the form opposite and mail/fax return it to us.
Customers who use this option will still receive a total Water Account but will only need to pay the fixed charges component. The tenant will receive a Water Account with only the water usage amount. This account will be sent addressed to the ‘Occupier’ and only to the property address.
No deviations to this option are possible and all other reminders/notices will be sent to the owner.
