Sign up for eNotices to receive and store all your Water Accounts by email instead of post. 

The service is easy to set up and manage and allows you to access your accounts at any time. All you need is an email address and a copy of your latest Water Account. 

You can easily sign up using the QR code on your Water Account or go to shoalhavenwater.enotices.com.au and use the eReference number as indicated in the green banner of your account. 

By signing up between 1 October and 31 December, you automatically go in the draw to win. 

Terms and Conditions:
  • Only one eNotices registration per Shoalhaven Water account is permitted.
  • All eligible entries will be entered into a random draw. 
  • Shoalhaven Water reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Shoalhaven Water believes has breached these Terms and Conditions or jeopardised the fair and proper conduct of the competition. 
  • The competition will run between 01 October 2022 and 31 December 2022. A total of one (1) prize winner will be selected, receiving $1000 credit on their water account. The winner will be drawn on 31 January 2023. 
  • The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
  • The prize winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw, and the prize will be applied to their account after notification has occurred. 
  • Shoalhaven City Council employees and immediate family are not eligible. 
  • It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner agrees to be photographed, interviewed and/or filmed for use in any promotional, marketing, or other creative initiative arranged Shoalhaven City Council or its agents. Shoalhaven City Council shall be solely responsible for all marketing and editorial control. 
  • To the extent permitted by law, Shoalhaven Water is not liable for: (i) any lost or erroneous entries; (ii) technical failure of its computer online systems or network; (iii) unauthorised human intervention in the competition; (iv) electronic or human error in the administration of the competition; or (v) any injury, loss suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or the prize.
