Request a treatment plant tour

Producing clean fresh drinking water and treating wastewater for reuse on farms and sporting grounds, is a fascinating and complex treatment procedure.

If you are interested in learning more about how our water is collected, stored and purified before being delivered throughout the community, or how wastewater is treated before being released back into the environment, you are welcome to join us on one of our tours.

Our tour includes finding out about our award-winning conservation practice, the recycled water management scheme (REMS).

Our scheduled tours for 2024 will be announced soon.
