Use this form to request a standard service connection, an additional service connection, a dual occupancy or granny flat connection, a residential meter alteration, or to request an estimate or quote for a residential service connection. 

Please be advised that any requests or payments received after the 14 November 2022 cannot be guaranteed installation within 20 working days. Applications submitted after this date will remain a priority for operations staff in the new year.
