We provide water supply services to the residents and visitors in the Shoalhaven Local Government Area. Although our supply is designed to be secure, there are times under prolonged drought conditions when we are forced to restrict water usage in order to preserve the City's water supply to meet essential needs.

The purpose of our drought management plan is to:

  • Identify what Shoalhaven Water does before, during and after a drought;
  • Describe the staged approached to drought management; and
  • Provide clear roles and responsibilities during a drought.
