$196.00 per development.
All fees are payable prior to the release of the water development notice.
Fee purpose
To recover the cost of processing each dwelling of a dual occupancy and multi-dwelling site.
Fee (including GST if applicable)
$196.00 per dwelling to a maximum of $748.00.
These fees apply per stage of the development and are payable prior to the release of the water development notice.

To recover the cost of processing a subdivision.
Fee (including GST if applicable)
$99.00 per lot.
All fees are payable prior to the release of the water development notice.
Fee purpose
To recover the cost of processing each dwelling, cabin, caravan site, camping site etc.
Fee (including GST if applicable)
$99.00 per dwelling, cabin, caravan site, camping site etc to a maximum of $477.00. This fee applies to each stage of a development (if staged).
All fees are payable prior to the release of the water development notice.
Fee purpose
To recover the cost of processing an industrial or commercial development.
Fee (including GST if applicable)
$196.00 per stage of a development (less than 1000m2 gross floor area or gross development area).
$394.00 per stage of a development (greater than 1000m2 gross floor area or gross development area).
All fees are payable prior to the release of the water development notice.
Fee purpose
To recover the cost of processing amendments to a water development notice.
Fee (including GST if applicable)
26% of the original fee applied, per amendment.
