Request an AWTS cleanout

Aerated wastewater treatment system (AWTS) cleanouts are recommended every 5 years to ensure the ongoing working of a system is maintained.

Cleanouts are a pre-paid service and include:

  • Standard cleanout - undertaken within three (3) working days
  • Emergency cleanout - actioned within 24 hours (additional fees apply)

Please note: If the tank is a non-standard treatment system, or the capacity is greater than 8,000L you will be invoiced for the service.

Steps to request a cleanout

Based on your tanks holding capacity, click on the relevant tab below to request a system cleanout.

Before you start

Step 1.Select the tab relevant to your tank capacity

  • Click on the tab that matches your tank capacity, e.g. Up to 8000 L.
  • Select your cleanout preference, i.e. Standard or Emergency.
  • Have your card payment details ready.

Tanks greater than 8000 litres include non-standard systems, will be invoiced based on our current fees and charges. 

Step 2.If you require an emergency cleanout

Submit the online service request relevant to your tank capacity then call us immediately on 02 4429 3214 so that we can escalate your request.

Greater than 8000 L

Complete the below application form 

This service will be invoiced, please refer to our Septic Tank Cleanout Fees & Charges.
