Please contact us if your water meter shows any non-urgent signs of damage and requires maintenance or repairs.
Non-urgent signs may include:
- Smashed glass on the meter face.
- You are unable to see/read the water meter dials and numbers on the meter face.
- You can’t turn the meter off to stop the flow of water to your property.
- The meter has been damaged by a vehicle or lawn mower but is not leaking.
On notification, our team will investigate and either repair or replace the meter.
