Your effluent tank may at times require an extra pumpout to avoid environmental problems such as sewer overflow.
A pre-arranged extra pumpout can help avoid problems especially around holiday periods when visitors arrive. We suggest talking to your visitors about excessive water use while they are staying with you.

Extra pumpout services are invoiced separately to Council's rates notice and include the minimum service charge plus an additional fee for every 100 litres removed over 2,500 litres, per service. Emergency services will incur a further additional fee.

Ad-hoc pumpouts can be performed on request even if you are not one of our customers. Submit our online form and we'll take care of the rest. Invoice fee includes a minimum 2 hour charge plus $5.65 per 1000 litres removed.
