Notification of a deceased estate

A deceased estate can be difficult to discuss, but advising us of the passing of one of our customers is important so that water accounts are no longer issued in that person's name.

We don’t disconnect the services from the property, so water and sewerage services will remain available and quarterly accounts will continue to be issued until the property is transferred to the estate.

If a change of ownership is required, your solicitor will lodge the appropriate forms with the NSW Land Registry Services for you and our systems will be updated.
