Apply for developer contribution charges

If your development impacts Shoalhaven City Council’s water or sewer systems, your Water Development Notice will confirm the need to apply for current financial year contribution charges (also known as Section 64 charges).

Important: Developer contributions must be paid in full. If not, we may:

Withhold the Certificate of Compliance, and/or
Take legal action.

Steps to apply

You will need

Step 1.Have your development reference number ready

Have your Water Development Notice reference number (e.g. DA25/1234).

Step 2.Billing details

If a second party will be paying the bill you will need to include the company name, contact details, and billing postal address.
