Make an online payment

Using your debit or credit card, you can make an online payment to your water account at any time.

Please note: Credit card payments incur a surcharge. Diners Club cards are not accepted.

Before you start

Have your details ready

To make an online payment you will need:

A debit or credit card account
Your unique 8-digit reference number as indicated on your water account

You can find this number highlighted in yellow in the bottom right-hand corner of your water account, it starts with a 6.
