Using your debit or credit card, you can make an online payment to your water account at any time. 

Please note: Credit card payments incur a surcharge. Diners Club cards are not accepted.

Step 1.Account balance

Need to check your account balance before making a final payment, call us on 02 4429 3214.

Step 2.Have your details ready

When you are ready to make an online payment, you will need:

  • A debit or credit card account
  • Your unique 8-digit reference number as indicated on your Water Account

You can find your reference number in the payment panel of your Water Account; it starts with a 6.

Step 3.Make a payment

The link below will take you to Shoalhaven City Council's payment gateway. Provide your 8-digit reference number and payment details when prompted.
