Modify a water development notice

Modification of a development must remain substantially the same as the development the original consent was granted for.

All modifications must be approved by Council or your private certifier.

Please note: if your application varies too much from the original consent you will be required to lodge a new development application.

To complete your application, you will need:

Your existing water development notice reference number (e.g. DA23/1234)
Your modified plans ready to upload

These can be uploaded in jpg or pdf format.
