Nominate an authorised account representative

We can only discuss water account details with the property owner. If you would like someone else to have access to your account details you must nominate their authority.

Nominated account representatives are generally:

Power of attorney
Executor
Managing agent/real estate

Steps to nominate

Before you start

Have your documentation ready

To complete your nomination, you will need:

The property ID (as indicated on the water account)
Legal documentation confirming the authority

You can find your property ID number highlighted in yellow in the top right-hand corner of your water account.

Complete the online application form

Provide the property ID (as indicated on the water account) and legal documentation confirming the authority when prompted.
