Report damaged water meters

If your water meter is damaged and requires non-urgent maintenance or repairs, you can report this to us online. On notification, we will investigate the problem and either repair or replace your water meter. 

Non-urgent maintenance or repairs may include:

  • Smashed glass on the meter face.
  • You are unable to read the water meter. 
  • You are unable to turn the meter off to stop the flow of water to your property.
  • The meter has been damaged by a vehicle or lawn mower but is not leaking.

This form is for non-urgent problems only. If your meter requires urgent attention, please call us immediately on 02 4429 3214.

To help us identify the problem, take a clear photo of the damaged meter. 

Step 2.Report the problem
