If your water meter is damaged and requires non-urgent maintenance or repairs, you can report this to us online. On notification, we will investigate the problem and either repair or replace your water meter.
Non-urgent maintenance or repairs may include:
- Smashed glass on the meter face.
- You are unable to read the water meter.
- You are unable to turn the meter off to stop the flow of water to your property.
- The meter has been damaged by a vehicle or lawn mower but is not leaking.
