If we cannot access your meter for reading, we will leave a calling card requesting you provide your own meter reading.
If we have not heard from you within two (2) weeks, an account will be issued based on an average usage of previous accounts.
Follow our simple guide below to submit a meter reading.
Take a photo of the meter or write down the meter details. You must be able to provide the meter number and meter reading when you submit a reading.
If you took a photo, upload it when prompted.
