Submit works-as-executed plans

Works-as-executed (WAE) plans are required by Council to ensure the works conform with the approved design.

All WAE plans must be prepared by a registered surveyor in accordance with our survey plan preparation and work-as-executed document, ready to be recorded in our system and used for future planning and maintenance purposes.

Have your documentation ready to upload

To complete your submission, you will need:

  • Your water development reference number (e.g. DA23/1234)
  • Works-as-executed plans prepared by a registered surveyor

These must be uploaded in dwg or pdf format.
