Update an address

When you need to update a postal or email address, or nominate an account representative, you don't need to call us, you can easily do it online.

Step 1.Council's billing system

When you update your postal address with us, unless a different method of delivery is in place, all future paper Water Accounts and Rates Notices will be mailed to your newly advised postal address.

Step 1.Electronic services

If you are registered with our eNotices service and receive your Water Account by email, you can update your email address at any time.

Step 2.Update an email address

Simply log in to the eNotices portal by clicking on the button below and follow the prompts on the dashboard. All future Water Accounts will be emailed to your newly advised email address.

Nominate a representative

Step 1.Nominate an account representative

If your property is represented by someone other than the property owner, such as a Power of Attorney, an Executor, a Managing Agent or Real Estate, you can nominate them to receive the bills and have access to the Water Account. 

Step 2.What you need

When you submit a nomination request you will need your Property ID (as indicated on your Water Account) plus legal documentation confirming the authority.
