Our tap re-washer program is aimed at saving water and saving you money. It is available to all customers who hold a current Pensioner Concession Card or participating in our Payment Assistance Scheme.
Taps must be visibly leaking.
This service is limited to standard indoor tap fittings installed on stainless steel basins such as kitchen sinks or laundry tubs. We also replace leaking outside taps such as meter taps and garden taps.
It does not include taps or showerheads installed on tiles, toilet cisterns, hot water systems, or flick mixer taps.
