Sign up for eNotices

eNotices is an electronic accounts service that allows you to receive your water accounts through email, and then have access to them through your own personal portal.

It’s easy to set up and manage and allows you to update your details at any time. Being registered also means you can: 

  • Register multiple properties
  • Register multiple owners of a property
  • Easily check and compare new and past accounts
  • Be tax ready

Sign up between 1 October and 31 December and you’ll have the chance to win $500 credit towards your water account. View our Terms & Conditions for more information.

New property owners must have received an account in their name before they can register, then all accounts issued will be available to view online.

Log in at any time

Sign in

Once you sign up, you can:

Step 1.Register or log in at any time by accessing the link below

Type in your email and password when prompted.

Step 2.Update your email address at any time

Simply log into the portal and from the dashboard click on 'update contact details'.

How to sign up

Step 1.Have a copy of your latest water account ready.

Step 2.Locate the eNotice banner on your water account.

  • Using your phone? Scan the QR code on your water account to open the portal. Your water account reference number will automatically appear.
  • Using your computer? Open the eNotice portal and in the Sign Up tab, insert the unique reference number that is provided on your water account. 

Step 3.Enter your email address.

Step 4.Click the yellow Sign Up button.

Step 5.Create a password in your email notification.

Register multiple properties/owners

Step 1.Register multiple properties all in one place

Using the latest copy of each new account, select 'Add' and insert the unique eReference number for each property.

Step 2.Register multiple owners of a property

Log in and add the email address of each owner so that everyone gets a copy of the account.

Please note: Do not create multiple profiles for the one property. When multiple profiles are created, the latest profile will supersede all others.

Change back to paper bills

If you decide eNotices aren't for you, log in and remove the notices you no longer wish to receive via email.

Please note: By changing back to paper accounts, you will not be able to view past accounts issued.
