eNotices is an electronic accounts service that allows you to receive your water accounts through email, and then have access to them through your own personal portal. It’s easy to set up and manage and allows you to update your details at any time.
New property owners must have received an account in their name before they can register, then all accounts issued will be available to view online.
Other great benefits of being registered for eNotices:
Find out how to register or log in to the eNotices portal.
Type in your email and password when prompted.
Using the latest copy of each new account, select 'Add' and insert the unique eReference number for each property.
Log in and add the email address of each owner so that everyone gets a copy of the account.
Please note: Do not create multiple profiles for the one property. When multiple profiles are created, the latest profile will supersede all others.
If you decide eNotices aren't for you, log in and remove the notices you no longer wish to receive via email.
Please note: By changing back to paper accounts, you will not be able to view past accounts issued.
