Drinking water quality monitoring

We provide safe and reliable drinking water to the people in the Shoalhaven. Our potable water supply is routinely tested throughout our systems network with analysis undertaken at independent NATA certified laboratories as per the 2011 Australian Drinking Water Guidelines.

Our water filtration plants operate under stringent filtration targets with water quality testing and monitoring taking place at every stage of the supply system, including in the catchments, after water is treated, in distribution pipes and at customers' taps.
