Peak holiday periods often bring more visitors and increased wastewater. Your regular pump-out schedule may not be sufficient to manage the extra demand.

To help prevent overflows and avoid the cost of emergency services during this period, Shoalhaven Water recommends reviewing and adjusting your service frequency to suit your needs, or alternatively, pre-booking additional pump-out services. 

Please submit your request/s by close of business Monday 01 December 2025. Applications submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed. 

Important Dates:

Our contractor will be unavailable, including for emergency services, on the following dates:

• 25 December 2025,
• 26 December 2025, and
• 1 January 2026.
