Apply for a certificate of compliance

Step 1.Ensure all conditions listed on the Water Development Notice have been complied with

Step 2.Have your documentation ready to upload

You will need the following documentation in order to submit an application:

• A copy of your Water Development Notice showing evidence that each condition has been signed off.
• All relevant support documentation including receipts of payments made.

You can submit up to 10 documents with a total capacity of 30MB in the application. These can be provided in JPG or PDF format.

Step 1.Review application

The incoming application will be reviewed to ensure all conditions have met compliance. Shoalhaven Water will contact you if compliance has not been met.

Step 2.Issue Certificate of Compliance

If all conditions have been satisfactorily met, Shoalhaven Water will email the applicant a signed-off copy of the Water Development Notice along with an electronic version of a Certificate of Compliance, within 5-10 business days.
