If you are experiencing or notice a water or sewerage related issue on your property or at one of Council's properties or facilities, and it is of a general or non-urgent nature, you can submit an online maintenance request for us to investigate.

General or non-urgent maintenance

General maintenance may include:

sewer blockages or odours
pressure sewer system faults or alarms
water meter leaks or repairs
water main breaks or leaks
water quality or pressure

Please note: If it’s urgent it’s best to call us on 02 4429 3214 (24 hours/7 days) so we can get our team out to investigate as soon as possible.
