If you are experiencing or notice a water or sewerage related issue on your property or at one of Council's properties or facilities, and it is of a general or non-urgent nature, you can submit an online maintenance request for us to investigate. 

General or non-urgent maintenance

General maintenance may include:

  • sewer blockages or odours
  • pressure sewer system faults or alarms
  • water meter leaks or repairs
  • water main breaks or leaks 
  • water quality or pressure 

Please note: If it’s urgent it’s best to call us on 02 4429 3214 (24 hours/7 days) so we can get our team out to investigate as soon as possible.
