Part two: Silence the alarm

The Shoalhaven Water logo appears over the sound effect of splashing water.

Now a camera shot showing a Shoalhaven Water truck on location.

Arron: Hey, I'm Arron from Shoalhaven Water. I'm here to show you how to manage your pressure sewer system alarm.

The screen is showing several quick shots of Arron preparing the sewer system on location.

Continuous high-pitched alarm is sounding as Arron walks along the garden path towards the switchboard at the side of the house.

Arron: The alarm is sounding. Walk over to the unit.

A red flashing light is displaying as an alert on the switchboard box.

The screen changes to a graphic of a pointing finger towards a switch mechanism underneath the unit.

Arron: Press the button located under the alarm panel. This will turn off the sound.

The alarm noise is silenced; however, the red light is still flashing.

Arron: However, the alarm light will continue to be on.

Arron is now on screen inspecting the pressure sewer system in the front garden.

Arron: Wait an hour and then check to see if the light on the alarm panel is still on.

The camera pans towards the Shoalhaven Water truck assisting Arron with his work.

Arron: If the light is OFF the panel is no longer in alarm. No further action is required. If the light is still ON at the alarm panel, then please contact Shoalhaven Water.

The screen is showing the sewer system switchboard panel and displaying the telephone number, double four, two-nine, three-two-one-four.

Arron: Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.

The screen is now showing a graphic of the pressure sewer system reinforcing the message to not repair the unit yourself.
