Existing standpipe customers

You are visiting this page due to recent correspondence regarding the updated terms and conditions to our metered standpipe hire agreement.

As an existing standpipe user or bulk water filling station customer, you must complete the below form to acknowledge your understanding of the updated agreement by Friday, 14 June 2024.

Please be advised: You must submit separate acknowledgement forms for each standpipe or bulk filling station key.

What you need

Read the Standpipe Hire Agreement 

Before you submit the form, have the following information ready:

Step 1.Standpipe meter number and/or bulk water filling station key number.

Step 2.Registration number of vehicle:

  • carrying the standpipe, or
  • using the bulk water filling station.

Step 3.Tank size on vehicle.

Step 4.Copy of current backflow prevention device test and maintenance report.

  • Report must be issued by an accredited backflow prevention plumber.
  • Report can be uploaded as jpg or pdf.

Failure to provide

Failure to submit the required documentation by the due date may result in termination of your existing hire agreement. 

The expiry date to acknowledge and submit your documentation is Friday, 14 June 2024.
